Reminders from the Pension & Annuity Fund Office:

  • Please keep us informed of your current mailing address.
  • Monthly Statement of Contributions
    Please review these statements and let us know as soon as possible if there is anything missing so that we can follow up with the contractors (or other locals for reciprocity) in a timely manner.

 

              When you first register for access, they will ask for the Plan # which is  091188.

  • Beneficiary Designations
    It is your responsibility to be sure that the Pension and Annuity Beneficiary forms that are on file at the Fund Office are kept up-to-date.  New beneficiary forms should be completed whenever your family circumstances change (i.e. marriage, divorce, etc.)  In the unfortunate event of a divorce or dissolution, specific documents have to be filed with the Fund Office to allow you to change your beneficiary and to clear your future access to Pension and Annuity benefits.  If this issue comes up for you, contact the Fund Office, as soon as possible, to get more information on what documents are required.

    If there are no forms on file or if you have married or divorced and not updated your beneficiary designations, the Fund has to take the time to determine the proper beneficiaries based on the law and the Fund rules.  This will delay payments to beneficiaries and the legal determination may or may not be the same as your wishes.  Complete and up-to-date beneficiary designations can make things a lot easier for your family if something should happen to you.
